The world as we know it today is encompassed by a web that we use to connect to each other daily. It’s a world where a person in China can contact a person at the other side of the world in a matter of seconds. That’s what I mean by finding your niche and usually a keyword leads to hundreds, if not thousands of conversations worldwide. Once you get the followers add them on Facebook and MySpace as well because people usually link their Twitter with these social networks. Now what you want to do is draw them in and convert your friends into customers by making them feel special, like they know you personally. Give these people discounts, free items, bulk deals, etc. and you will start to see people add you so that they can get in on your “exclusive” promotions. It is really a simple concept that has shown amazing results in the past couple of years.So why isn’t every business implementing this strategy? That is an easy question it’s because of time. No one has the time to add thousands of people one by one across all three social networks and wait for approvals if they are running a business.
